If you are an experienced professional in clinical assessments and case management, we want to hear from you!

Are you a sharp problem-solver who thrives on real-world challenges? Do you want a career that makes an impact, not just another job? We’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, driven, and ready to shake things up in the world of Behaviour Support.

At DMI Psychology (yes, we know psychology is in the name—but that’s NOT all we do here), we’re all about Behaviour Support done right. We need people who think on their feet, can handle complex and forensic cases, and want to see real results—not just write great reports.

🔹 Why You’ll Love It Here

  • Career Progression That Matters – High level of training and clinical supervision opportunities to develop your career pathways.

  • Flexibility That Actually Works – Hybrid work options that suit your life, not just a token “work-life balance” promise.

  • Clients That Challenge You (In a Good Way) – Work with forensic and complex cases where your skills actually matter.

  • No Micromanagement – You get the autonomy to run your own caseload while still having a rock-solid team behind you.

  • Massive Earning Potential – You can take home over $50,000 in bonuses annually, on top of your base salary.

🔹 Who We’re Looking For

  • You’re a straight-shooter – No fluff. You get in, get the job done, and do it well.

  • You thrive on problem-solving – Whether it’s strategic thinking or hands-on intervention, you know how to handle tough situations.

  • You’ve got experience – You have substantial experience in behaviour support, having worked with individuals displaying complex and high-risk behaviours in settings such as forensic, SIL, SDA and living at home. You understand the nuances of behaviour intervention and have a track record of implementing strategies that drive real change.

  • You’re not here to tick boxes – You actually care about outcomes, take compliance seriously, and follow through on implementation.

  • You’re confident, independent, and proactive – You don’t need someone holding your hand every step of the way, yet you are always willing to learn and hone your skills.

✔️ The Role in a Nutshell

  • Conduct real, impactful behavioural assessments and implement strategies that WORK.

  • Reduce restrictive practices and advocate for real change under the NDIS framework.

  • Train and empower support workers, families, and carers to put strategies into action.

  • Handle highly complex cases with autonomy and confidence.

  • Work alongside a team of like-minded professionals who have your back.

✔️What You’ll Need to Apply

  • Registered NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner at Core or Proficient Level is a must. A background in Social Work, Teaching, Occupational Therapy, or a related field is an advantage.

  • Core/Proficient Level NDIS PBS Self Assessment Endorsement Tool signed off by your Supervisor.

  • A problem-solving mindset – you can think fast and adapt when things don’t go to plan.

  • A driver’s licence and own vehicle – because you’ll be out in the field making things happen.

  • NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, and right to work in Australia.

✔️The Perks & Extras

  • $1,000 Annual CPD Allowance – invest in your professional growth.

  • Weekly clinical supervision and next-level training.

  • Real career pathways – not just empty promises.

  • Travel allowance – we know you’ll be on the move.
