You're someone who: ​
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, and works with purpose 
  • Thrives on problem-solving and practical solutions 
  • Has deep experience in behaviour support, especially with complex or high-risk presentations (forensic, SIL, SDA, in-home, etc.) 
  • Cares about outcomes, not box-ticking, you're committed to real change 
  • Works independently but stays grounded, curious, and open to growth 
 

✔️ What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct psychosocial and functional behaviour assessments that matter 
  • Develop and implement positive behaviour support strategies that actually work 
  • Reduce restrictive practices while advocating for participants’ rights 
  • Train and equip families, carers, and support staff 
  • Hold autonomy over complex cases with a team that backs you 

 

✔️What You’ll Need

  • NDIS Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Core or above) 
  • Completed NDIS PBS Self-Assessment Tool signed by clinical supervisor 
  • If relevant: completed the New Entry-Level Behaviour Support Practitioner Reconsideration Endorsement Tool, signed by clinical supervisor 
  • Background in Psychology, Social Work, OT, or related field (preferred) 
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical judgement 
  • Demonstrated strong case management skills 
  • Driver’s licence + your own vehicle 
  • NDIS Screening, WWCC, and full working rights in Australia
