Appointment Scheduling:

To schedule an appointment for psychological services at DMI Psychology, please make a referral through our website and our team will contact you within 3 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an appointment has been made, your practitioner at DMI Psychology will reserve the time exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least  48 business hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows us to open up the session availability for other clients in time, otherwise, a cancellation fee will apply.

Cancellations made within 48 business hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the time booked.

Late Arrival:

The appointment booking is the designated time for your service, and we strongly advise you to plan for a punctual arrival. If you arrive late for your appointment, your practitioner will not be able to extend the session, and the full session fee will apply.

No-show/Non-attendance:

Our staff will be waiting for your arrival in the clinic, or arrive at the location of the appointment, at the time of your appointment. If you are missing for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

Appointment Modifications by DMI Psychology:

In  rare cases, DMI Psychology may need to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances with your practitioner or the service, such as COVID-related health concerns, accidents and sickness, natural disasters etc. In such cases, we will be in touch and make every effort to reschedule at a mutually convenient time for you.

Confidentiality:

All personal information provided during appointment scheduling is strictly confidential and will be handled in accordance with psychological counselling service privacy regulations.
